Areas of interests
My research investigates the molecular biological mechanisms of specific biomolecules (eg, glucose regulator protein 78, GRP78) on tumor progression, and design drug to target these specific molecules. In addition, I extracte and selecte small molecule anti-tumor drugs from natural product. The current research focuses on:
1. The role of GRP78 in the process of interacting between tumor cells and tumor microenvironment
2. Screening and mechanism-researching of anti-tumor small molecules in natural products
