RNA-Seq and small RNA-Seq reveal novel functional genes and bioinformatic prediction of novel microRNAs. Functional analysis of the revealed genes and microRNAs.

1) Rare disease NGS data mining

2) The functional Epigenetics in rare disease

3) Human rare disease and relevant gene functional analysis
