Major Research Direction:
Mainly engaged in the research of cell signal transduction and molecular nutritional intervention. Relevant research results have been published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Functional Foods, Cellular Signalling and so on. Current research focuses on the following three aspects:
1. The role of Glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in tumor cells and tumor microenvironment
2. Study on the extraction of functional molecules from natural products and the anti-tumor molecular mechanism
3. Identification of nutritional components in natural products and the intervention on gastrointestinal diseases
