Professor Steve L’Hernault from Emory University and Kong Zhaosheng research scientist from Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences visited IBMS on 29^th June. They gave academic presentation “Looks Are not Everything: What Nematode Sperm Are Teaching Us About Conserved Aspects Of Fertilization” and “Cytoskeletal control of trichome cell shaping: from Arabidopsis leaf trichome to cotton fibers” on 3^rd floor of College of Life Science. The talks were hold by Dean of College of Life Science Professor Li Zhuoyu. The talks were attractive, afterwards attendance and visitors had a lively and deep discussion.

     Visitors also visited the IBMS, which was just formally founded. They showed keen interest in cooperation with IBMS and College of Life Science, and achieved initial cooperation agreement.

     In the afternoon, two visitors also visited our school history museum, and had a fully understanding of our school history which is more than 100 years. Finally, Professor Steve L’Hernault singed on the album and wish our university "More success in the future".
