On December 4, Professor Paul De sousa, Department of Brain Science, University of Edinburgh, UK, came to our school for academic exchange on stem cell research and clinical application at the invitation of Professor Wu Changxin and Professor Ye Jinpei of the Institute of Biomedical science. The topic is “Twenty years on from the isolation of human pluripotent stem cells: From Science & Technology to Current & Future Clinical Applications”. Pro. De souse gave a comprehensive and systematic introduction of the 20`s development of stem cell research, research status and application prospects.
