Research interests

The research group is dedicated to the research on the immunopathological pathogenesis of pathogen infectious diseases and also conducts studies on intestinal immunity. Over the past five years, it has presided over the Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, the General Project of the Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Central Guiding Local Science and Technology Development Fund Project, etc. The specific research directions are as follows:

1、Interaction between Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteins and host proteins:

This research mainly focuses on identifying Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteins involved in the pyroptosis of host cells. Meanwhile, it also delves into the interaction mechanisms between Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteins and host proteins.

2、Intestinal immunity:

At present, the core of the research lies in elucidating the functions and underlying mechanisms of key molecules (such as BTNL2, NRF2, NLPR6, NLRP3, GPR120) and cells (specifically γδ T lymphocytes) in intestinal oxidative stress and inflammatory injury. Additionally, investigations are being carried out on nutrients that target these key molecules to preserve intestinal homeostasis.
