研究方向
课题组聚焦于病原体感染性疾病的免疫病理学发病机制研究,同时开展肠道免疫研究。近5年主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、博士后科学基金面上项目、中央引导地方科技发展资金项目等。具体方向如下:
1、结核分枝杆菌蛋白与宿主蛋白互作:
主要探寻与宿主细胞焦亡相关的结核分枝杆菌蛋白,同时开展结核分枝杆菌蛋白与宿主蛋白相互作用方面研究。
2、肠道免疫
目前主要开展关键分子和细胞(目前包括BTNL2,NRF2,NLPR6,NLRP3,GPR120,γδ T淋巴细胞)在肠道氧化应激、肠道炎性损伤中作用及机制研究,并开展营养素靶向关键分子维持肠道稳态的研究。
