主要研究方向

本课题组主要关注的科学问题是Hedgehog(Hh)信号转导通路的分子机制与Hh通路相关疾病病理机制。Hh通路在大多数动物中高度保守。其在动物胚胎发育、形态建成和组织器官发生,以及成体物质能量代谢稳定中发挥重要的作用。对其机制的研究有助于我们对于胚胎发育、器官形成的理解,同时可以揭示Hh通路相关疾病的致病机制,发现新的干预靶点,具有重要的科学意义和潜在应用价值。

同时我们基于斑马鱼模型开展神经系统遗传性疾病病理机制的研究,以及以斑马鱼为模型的新型药物筛选、开发和评价的研究。

目前课题组主要开展的研究方向如下:

1.      脊椎动物Hh通路SMO下游的信号转导分子机制以及相关疾病病理机制的研究。

主要针对Hh通路激活后纤毛对其信号转导调控的机制开展研究,包括纤毛中PKA的活性、KIF7的功能等。同时以KIF7突变引起的Acrocallosal综合征为切入点,通过KIF7翻译后修饰以及互作组学的研究揭示KIF7突变导致神经发育缺陷的病理机制。

2.      遗传性神经发育缺陷疾病病理机制研究

主要开展以斑马鱼为模型,探究wdr45缺失导致神经退行性疾病病理机制的研究。

3.      新型药物筛选和评价的研究

主要以斑马鱼为模型,建立多种疾病模型,对各类型药物开展评价。
