研究领域:

        长期从事微生物学、感染与免疫学方面的研究。近几年目前主要从事人类结核病易感基因、遗传性/原发性免疫缺陷综合症相关基因的研究。应用大规模全基因组基因关联分析(GWAS),首次发现ASAP1基因与人类结核病易感性相关。在体外细胞水平开展该基因在结核病发病机理中的作用机制研究,发现巨噬细胞和树状突细胞感染结核病病原后,细胞的游走能力和吞噬病原的活性受到显著抑制,为在分子生物学和细胞生物水平上深入研究结核分枝杆菌与宿主细胞的相互作用及结核病发病机理提供遗传依据。目前建立并应用动物模型研究基因在结核病发病机理中的作用机理。在遗传性免疫缺陷综合症的研究方面,获得了较为成熟的研究策略和技术路线。对免疫缺陷综合症开展研究,鉴定引起原发性免疫缺陷综合症的相关基因,阐明该基因在原发性免疫缺陷综合症中的病理生理发生机制,通过应用人群自然病例基因变异引起的免疫缺陷作为基因敲除模型,打破了仅用实验小鼠模型或模式动物通过基因突变和敲除技术研究人类免疫缺陷综合症相关基因的策略,从而真实全面客观地认识人类免疫缺陷综合症相关基因在发病机理中的作用以及阐明该人类基因的生理功能,具有学术意义和精准医学与转化医学的应用价值。
