主要研究方向:

结核病是一种由结核分枝杆菌引发的严重传染性疾病,对全球公共卫生构成重大威胁。近年来,外泌体和铁死亡在医学研究领域备受瞩目,为结核病的研究开辟了新的方向。基于此主要研究方向如下:

1)探究结核感染状态下外泌体的释放机制、内容物组成及其对免疫细胞功能的调控作用

2)研究结核分枝杆菌感染如何诱导宿主细胞发生铁死亡,以及铁死亡对结核杆菌生存、传播和炎症反应的影响

3)非编码RNA通过调控铁死亡关键基因在结核分枝杆菌感染引发肺组织坏死中的作用机制
