教育和工作经历:

2008年9月-2013年12月,山西大学生物技术研究所,博士研究生;

2014年3月-2018年12月,中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,华南干细胞与再生医学研究所担任助理研究员、副研究员;

2019年-至今,山西大学生物医学研究院,教授;


研究成果:

       长期从事干细胞生物学和表观遗传学研究。在Nature Communications(2018, 2023), Developmental Cell(2023) , Stem Cell Research & Therapy(2023), Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal(2023), International Journal of Molecular Sciences(2022, 2024),Science Advance(2020), Stem Cell Research(2020, 2021), Cell Stem Cell(2017, 2021), Nucleic Acids Research(2017), Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy(2020), Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences(2020), Journal of Biological Chemistry(2013), Scientific Reports(2015)等杂志上发表论文。



主要研究方向:

 干细胞是指同时具有自我更新和分化能力的一类特殊细胞类型,包括胚胎干细胞(Embryonic stem cell,ESC)和成体干细胞(Adult stem cell)。干细胞可以在体外大量扩增并具有分化成为疾病累及的各种体细胞类型的能力,因此为研究疾病的发病机制提供了重要的细胞种子资源。

以干细胞为基础,利用基因组靶向修饰技术可以有效构建人类疾病的模型。在功能基因组水平研究人类疾病的分子机制,鉴定新型靶标,建立干细胞技术的筛选和评价体系。本实验室未来将利用胚胎干细胞、诱导多能干细胞、基因修饰技术和多组学分析手段集中研究单基因遗传病、癌症及神经退行性疾病的遗传和表观遗传学基础,探讨其病理机制。

本实验室主要研究方向有:

1.基于CRISPR/Cas9筛选,研究细胞命运的关键调控因子;

2.利用谱系追踪(Lineage tracing)技术绘制细胞命运的调控网络;

3.深入探讨细胞命运决定过程涉及的表观遗传调控机制。


课题组组成:

      目前题组有高级访问学者一名,博士后一名,博士研究生,硕士研究生若干名。


主持及参与项目:

     主持国家自然科学基金3项,国家级其它项目1项,山西省优秀青年基金项目,山西省医学重点科研项目,分子发育生物学国家重点实验室开放课题,广州市人才项目-珠江科技新星专题,广东省自然科学基金项目。参与项目包括:作为子任务负责人参与国家重大新药创制专项和国家重点研发计划干细胞及转化研究试点专项。国家自然基金委项目评审专家。山西省专家学者协会生物医学转化应用专委会副主任委员、山西省干细胞产业创新联盟秘书长、科技厅山西省免疫与风湿性疾病临床诊疗技术创新中心学术委员会委员。获奖:干细胞命运转化研究获广东省自然科学一等奖(2022年)。
