个人简历：

本科就读于山西农业大学生物信息学专业

硕士就读于山西大学生物化学与分子生物学专业

2012-2015年在山西大学攻读博士期间主要从事肿瘤分子生物学。

2015年7月留校工作以来，以M2型丙酮酸激酶（PKM2）为突破口，发现在大肠癌细胞中高表达PKM2可以促进大肠癌细胞迁移与粘附、促进大肠癌细胞炎症因子分泌及大肠癌细胞增殖、分泌型PKM2 可以促进大肠癌细胞迁移。PKM2可作为大肠癌转移和术后炎症反应诊治的靶点。在Cellular Signaling (两篇)、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications、RSC Advances、Asian Pacific Journal Of Cancer Prevention等杂志上发表SCI论文。

 

主要研究方向：

目前研究方向肿瘤转移、炎症微环境及分泌调控的机制研究。
