教育和工作经历

       扬州大学获硕士学位。中国科学院上海生物化学和细胞生物学研究所获理学博士学位。分别在加拿大传染病与国际疫苗研究中心和美国哈佛大学医学院微生物与免疫学系完成博士后训练。之后在麦吉尔大学主持研究解旋酶在艾滋病毒复制中的分子机理。目前在山西大学主持研究病毒性和细菌性传染病病原的复制分子机制和抗传染病疫苗的设计和免疫保护机理。


主要研究方向

 (1) 抗传染病疫苗的设计及其免疫保护机制的研究。

        疫苗(Vaccine)是一种生物制剂,可以诱导人体产生对特定感染性疾病的免疫保护。通常由弱化或杀死的微生物,或其毒素或其表面蛋白制成。该物质刺激人体的免疫系统,将其识别为威胁,并进一步识别和破坏其将来可能遇到的与该物质相关的任何微生物。疫苗可以预防或减轻自然病原体将来感染的影响。结核病(Tuberculosis,又称TB)为结核杆菌感染引起的疾病, 通常造成肺部感染,也会感染身体的其他部分。现阶段我们以斑马鱼和海鱼结核分枝杆菌为模型,研究结核杆菌的感染和免疫反应的分子机制,并设计研究针对结核病的有效疫苗。

(2) 炎症反应发生的分子机制及其在细菌感染中的作用。

       炎症反应(Inflammation)是人体组织对有害刺激物(例如病原体,受损细胞或刺激物)的复杂生物反应的一部分,是涉及免疫细胞,血管和分子介质的保护性反应,是先天性免疫的机制。炎症的功能是消除引起细胞损伤的最初原因,清除原始损伤和炎症过程中受损的坏死细胞和组织,并开始组织修复。因此炎症反应也是身体对抗病原微生物感染的重要关节。理解炎症反应的机制对研发抗感染药物至关重要。
